Privacy policy
What we collect when you contact us, exactly which third-party tags this site loads, why we hold what we hold, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. Last updated July 2026.
This policy applies to River Rock Builders, LLC, 2024 Arkansas Valley Dr, Little Rock, AR 72212, and to this website.
What the consultation form collects
This site has exactly one form, on the contact page. When you submit it, the following fields are transmitted to us and no others:
- Your name — required.
- Email address — required, so we can reply.
- Telephone number — optional.
- Parcel address or town — optional.
- Where you are up to — optional, a menu selection.
- What kind of work — optional, a menu selection.
- Your description of the project — required, free text.
- Your consent — a required checkbox recording that you agree to be contacted about the enquiry.
The form also contains one hidden field labelled “Website”, positioned off screen. It exists solely to detect automated submissions: a person never sees it or fills it in, and a submission that arrives with it completed is discarded. It collects nothing about you.
Nothing on this form is pre-filled, inferred, purchased or appended from another source. What we receive is what you typed. The submission is delivered to us by email at info@bestwesternwestpalm.com, together with the date and time of submission and the hostname of the site it came from. There is no customer database behind this website and no login of any kind.
If you telephone or email us instead of using the form, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation for the same purpose.
Cookies, analytics and advertising tags
This section lists every third-party technology this website is capable of loading. There are no others.
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no session, no preferences store, no consent banner state and no first-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, session recording, heatmaps, chat widgets, embedded video, embedded maps or social media buttons. No fonts, stylesheets, scripts or images are fetched from a content delivery network; the single typeface used here is served from this domain.
Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET). When we are running
paid search advertising on Microsoft Advertising, this site loads the UET tag from
bat.bing.com. Its purpose is conversion measurement: it records that a page
was viewed and that a consultation request was submitted, so advertising spend can be
attributed. It fires two named events —
consultation_request, once, only after a form submission has actually
succeeded, and phone_click, when a telephone link on the site is activated.
The tag receives the fact that these events happened. It does not receive the contents of
your enquiry: not your name, not your email address, not your telephone number, not your
parcel address, and not your message. Microsoft sets its own cookies through this tag and
acts as its own controller for the data it collects, governed by its own privacy
statement.
The UET tag is conditional. It is configured by a single tag identifier
in the site's configuration file, and while that identifier is unset the tag is not
present in the page at all — no script element is written, no queue is created and
no request is made to bat.bing.com. In that state this website makes zero
external network requests of any kind. {{FILL_BEFORE_LAUNCH}} — if you add any
further analytics or advertising technology to this site, this section must be updated
before it goes live.
Server logs. Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, which typically record the IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. These are technical records used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, and they are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by anything on the page.
Why we hold it, and what we never do with it
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, arrange and carry out a site visit, prepare an evaluation, a specification and an estimate, and to perform a contract if you decide to go ahead. Where a project proceeds, we keep project records for as long as tax, warranty and legal obligations require.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers, lead-generation marketplaces or advertising networks. We do not send marketing you did not ask for, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything. Where a subcontractor, supplier, engineer or surveyor needs part of the information to do their part of the work, they receive only what that requires — typically the parcel address and the relevant part of the scope.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while there is a realistic prospect of the project happening, and then deleted. Records relating to work we performed are kept for as long as tax, warranty and limitation-period obligations require. Server logs are retained on our host's ordinary schedule, which is not set by us.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time and for any reason. Write to info@bestwesternwestpalm.com or to the postal address below and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.
You can also stop the advertising tag independently of us. Browser settings can block
third-party cookies, Microsoft provides its own advertising opt-out controls, and any
content blocker will prevent bat.bing.com from loading. None of that affects
your ability to read this site or to submit the form.
Children
This is a website for adults arranging residential construction. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and sends a content security policy that permits scripts and
other resources from this domain only, plus bat.bing.com when the advertising
tag is active. No email transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send financial
account details or identity documents through the form; we will never ask for them by
email.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information we already hold.
